Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. All shipments are dispatched from our distribution center in the Netherlands using reliable, trackable shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you safely.
Free Shipping Eligibility
Enjoy free shipping when your order meets the following thresholds:
- Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: Orders over €100.
- Rest of Europe: Orders over €150.
- Worldwide: Orders over €200.
No promotional codes are required; free shipping is automatically applied at checkout, including duties and taxes where applicable.
Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email.

- Orders placed over weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
- We ship only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Due to our efficient processing system, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives with any damage caused during transit, please get in touch with our support team at klantenservice@wamdenim.com within 5 business days. Kindly provide clear photos of the damaged items to facilitate a prompt resolution.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we offer a 14-day return policy. You can return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To return an item, use the return label included in your box. Pack the items securely, include the packing slip, and remove the old shipping label. Drop off your package at the nearest post office, and we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not cover return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. The return fee is €6.
Return in store
Only in-store purchases can be returned in-store. Only orders need to be returned by mail.
