How can I order?

Add items to the shopping cart via the Add to cart button. You can add more items or check out the order if you wish. When completing the order, you can pay with different services. Once the payment is complete, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail with information about your order.

Can I order from abroad?

Yes, you can order from abroad.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If you order Monday to Friday before 17:00, the parcel will be given to DHL the same day. If you order over the weekend, your order will be given to DHL on Monday.

I have yet to receive my order on time; what now?

If you have not received your order on time, don't hesitate to contact customer service. Wam Denim does not influence any disruptions or problems at the delivery service DHL.

My order has yet to be delivered; what now?

If you have not received your order, don't hesitate to contact customer service. We may ask DHL to investigate. If, after investigation, DHL indicates that the order has been delivered, we are not obliged to compensate the undelivered order in any way. Wam Denim does not influence any disruptions or problems with the delivery service DHL.

Can I cancel or change my order?

That depends on the status of your order. If you want to cancel or change your order, please get in touch with customer service immediately. Once we have processed your order, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Can the item be delivered to another address?

Yes, you can! You can specify a delivery address other than the billing address when ordering.

I am still awaiting an order confirmation and/or track & trace; what now?

Don't hesitate to contact our customer service if you have not received an order confirmation and track & trace.

How do I know if the item in my size is still in stock?

If you want to place an order and the box with your size contains a red ball, your size is currently out of stock. Items without a red ball are in stock.

My order needs to be repaired or completed; what should I do?

If your order is not damaged or incomplete, don't hesitate to contact our customer service. Briefly tell us what is wrong. Remember to email your order number and a photo or photos.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return my order?

To return an item, use the return label included in your box. Pack the items securely, include the packing slip, and remove the old shipping label. Drop off your package at the nearest post office, and we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not cover return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. The return fee is €6.

Can I exchange or return my online purchase in a shop?

No, unfortunately, this is not possible.

What is the return period?

With an online order, you have 14 days to return or exchange. The period starts when you receive your order. With a shop purchase, the period to return or exchange is also 14 days. In addition to the item(s), always bring the receipt.

What are the conditions for returns?

Items bought in the WEBSHOP or a shop must meet the following conditions to exchange or return an order.

  • The article must have been kept from being washed and worn. (Only fitting is permitted).
  • The article may not have traces of use. (Odors, loose hair, make-up stains, etc.).
  • The article must have the original labels.
  • The article may only contain manufacturing defects.
  • Customer must have the receipt.

What if my item does not meet the return conditions?

Items bought in the webshop or a shop must meet the return conditions in order for the customer to exchange or return an order.

When will I get my money back if I return?

If you return, we will transfer your money as soon as possible. We aim to transfer your money within three days of receiving your package.


If you have yet to receive our payment after one week, feel free to contact customer service. We can only credit your money once we have received your return order.

My return parcel has yet to be recovered. What now?

Customers who send us a parcel are responsible for that parcel themselves. Wam Denim does not influence any disruptions or problems at the delivery service. Wam Denim is in no way obliged to compensate the customer if a return parcel is lost. Should the package be lost, we can ask DHL or UPS to investigate. The result of that investigation is usually within 14 days.

What if my item does not meet the return conditions?

Then the article returns to the customer, who pays the shipping costs.

Shipping & Return Costs

Do you charge shipping costs?

Enjoy free shipping when your order meets the following thresholds:

  • Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: Orders over €100.
  • Rest of Europe: Orders over €150.
  • Worldwide: Orders over €200.

No promotional codes are required; free shipping is automatically applied at checkout, including duties and taxes where applicable.

For orders below the specified threshold, shipping costs will be applied at checkout based on your country. You can view the shipping costs per country here.

Do you charge return costs?

Yes. The return costs will be deducted from the remaining refund amount. The return costs are €6.

Can I pay afterward?

No, unfortunately, you cannot.

Can I buy a gift card at Wam Denim?

Yes, you can. We sell gift cards in every shop. There is no minimum or maximum. You determine the value of the gift card yourself. The gift card is valid for one year.

Can I pay online with a gift card?

Yes, you can. You can pay for an order in the shop and the webshop with a gift card.

I need more money back. How is that possible?

A return fee of €6 is charged for an online order. Also, a product's discount may come off. For example, Wam Denim may run a
promotion where the second or third item is offered for so much value.

If 1 or 2 items of an order are subsequently returned, the discount is forfeited. With a bundle promotion, the deal will fall on the cheapest item(s) anyway.

How do I get in touch with Wam Denim?

I have a complaint, now what?

If you have a complaint, we would like to hear from you. You can contact us by phone or e-mail; we will do everything we can to resolve it to your satisfaction. If you send us an e-mail, remember to include your order number.

What can I do with a complaint about a shop purchase?

If you have bought an item in a shop that you are not satisfied with, go back to the shop where you bought that item. Otherwise to another store close to you. Bring the receipt along with the article.
