At WAM Denim, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, our return and refund process is simple and clear. Please review the terms below to ensure your return or exchange is eligible.

How to Process a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, submit your request through our Return Portal.

  • Once your request is approved, you'll receive an email with your return label.
  • Securely pack the items, include the packing slip, and remove any old shipping labels.
  • Drop off your package at the nearest UPS post office.
  • Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged. The return fee is €6.

Return & Exchange Period

  • Online Orders: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • In-Store Purchases: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Please bring your receipt to the store.

Return & Exchange Conditions

For items to qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be unwashed and unworn (fitting is permitted).
  2. There should be no traces of use (e.g., odours, loose hair, makeup stains).
  3. The item must retain its original labels.
  4. The item may only contain manufacturing defects.
  5. You must provide the receipt as proof of purchase.

Process for Exchanges

  • Online Purchases: To exchange an item, register your request on our Return Portal. Ensure this is done within the 14-day return period.
  • In-Store Purchases: Bring the item and receipt directly to the store for an exchange. Be mindful of the 14-day return period.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund as soon as possible.

  • We aim to transfer your refund within three days of receiving your return package.
  • If you have not received your refund within one week, please contact customer service for assistance.

Note: Refunds are processed only after we have received your returned item(s).

Responsibility for Returned Parcels

Customers are responsible for their return parcels. WAM Denim is not liable for disruptions or problems during transit with the delivery service (e.g., DHL). If a parcel is lost, we can request an investigation with DHL. This process typically takes up to 14 days, and the outcome of the investigation will determine the next steps.
